Terms and Conditions

lensdash lets photographers link a Google Drive folder and publish a private gallery link. Guests take a selfie and are shown only the photos in which they appear, matched using face-recognition technology. Matching is automated and probabilistic — we do not guarantee that every relevant photo is found or that no incorrect photo is ever shown.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to hold an account.

You retain all rights to the photographs you connect to lensdash. Originals stay in your own Google Drive; we access them only with the permission you grant through Google OAuth and only to operate features you use. You may revoke that access at any time from your settings page or your Google account.

You confirm that you have the rights and, where required, the consent of the people photographed, to upload, process and share those photographs — including the biometric face processing used for matching.

Do not use lensdash to process images of people without a lawful basis, to publish unlawful, obscene or infringing material, to attempt to identify or track individuals without their consent, or to probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Paid plans and their limits are described on the pricing page. Prices are shown in INR or USD and include applicable taxes where stated. Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period through our payment partners (Razorpay for INR, Stripe for other currencies). Face-indexing credits and gallery limits are enforced per plan.

We aim for high availability but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, and planned or emergency maintenance may cause interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You may stop using lensdash and delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that create legal or security risk. On deletion, galleries and stored derivatives are removed; your originals remain in your Drive.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
