What to include
For account or billing questions, write from the email on your lensdash account and include the gallery name or payment reference. For guest issues, include the gallery link you were given.
Privacy and data requests
Access, correction and deletion requests go to the same address with "Privacy request" in the subject. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold and how long we keep it.
Security reports
Found a vulnerability? Email us with "Security" in the subject and steps to reproduce. Please do not publicly disclose before we have had a chance to fix it.
